MEET THE OWNERS
Skärgårdens Kanotcenter began in 1994 with an amazing passion for kayaking and Stockholm Archipelago with its thousands of islands and granite skerries scattered all over the Baltic sea. Based right here on the coast, we share our passion to explore the paradise which we call home. Take a while to meet the team behind the adventures.
Milena & Jędrzej
In 2018, we joined as owners and continued driving Skärgårdens Kanotcenter to provide fun, safe and friendly kayaking and outdoor experiences in Stockholm Archipelago. Previous owners - Kenneth and Christina Larsson - have successfully managed this place for over 20 years and we have been lucky to take over.
We both grew up in Northern Poland, at the other side of the Baltic Sea. We have always been adventurers. One day we realized that kayaks are something more than a hobby for us. We started with organizing kayaking trips in Poland and then abroad. After travelling and paddling in many countries, we fell in love with Stockholm Archipelago and its amazing opportunity for outdoor and sea kayaking. We appreciate we are able to combine playtime with work.
Thanks to the help of friends, we are still running our first kayaking business in home country. If ever visiting Gdansk don't hesitate to join our kayaking tours on the other side of the same Baltic Sea.
